Hanging processes on tara

Matt, I killed the following processes on tara. They needed "kill -9"...
I thought you were switching to using the regular gnatmail account for
the nightly stuff. That would be preferable, as it will be easier to
kill processes then as root access is not required.

I will put cxc3008 on the donotrun.txt list until we fix it.
I'll see about the test_adastat bug, which should also be disabled 
(or fixed) for now.
