New egcs/gcc logo (2nd try)

This is an issue we still have not resolved but need to. In the worst case
I will (have to) completely remove the current logo from our site without
replacement.

Or we could simply replace egcs by GCC, but that's probably easier if we
have the original source (CorelDRAW, or whatever) of the logo...
