GCC 3.0 Release Criteria

No. That page wasn't available at the time gcc 2.95 was
released. Having the information in the manual is certainly a good
idea, especially as it needs to be aligned with the compiler (which a
online document can't really provide).

Any volunteers for submitting a patch to the GCC documentation?
Preferably, those volunteers should be prepared to update that
documentation closely before gcc 3 is released.
