The PowerPC Linux community provides accounts on remote access
systems to developers. Franz Sirl is a good place to start. I already
forwarded the contact information privately.

An entire 64-bit PowerPC Linux toolchain is available and
preliminary kernel development has begun. One can boot a 32-bit PowerPC
Linux kernel on a 64-bit RS/6000 system, but a 64-bit kernel and userland
is not yet available.
