Information about installation gcc into irix platform

Gcc-2.7.2.2 is not supported on IRIX 6.x platforms, though there are
certain hacks (boiling down to cross compiling for IRIX5) to get it
working. Please use gcc-2.95.2, it compiles right out of the box.
