146.wave5 must have the fpu put into double precision mode.

Using the obvious constructor in an object file installed as
/usr/lib/libdbl.a, I have

146.wave5=default=default:
EXTRA_LIBS= -ldbl
notes02 = Portability: 146: -ldbl

in my spec95 config file.
