A patch for binutils 2.9.1.0.22b

Hi,

I put a patch for binutils 2.9.1.0.22b at

ftp://ftp.varesearch.com/pub/support/hjl/binutils/binutils-2.9.1.0.22b-2.9.1.0.23.diff.gz

It seems to fix the problem with the current egcs snapshot on Linux/PPC.
Please let me know what you get. I am planning for 2.9.1.0.23 this
weekend.
