Processor specific code in glibc

Ulrich,
egcs at the moment predefines only k6 and i386 when given -mcpu=k6, so
I started at additionally defining i586 in that case in order to get
processor specific optimization in code like glibc's string and math
optimizations.
Jeffs opinion was that -mcpu=k6 should not predefine any other ix86
but that would mean that glibc would have to be changed where
necessary, so Jeff said to ask for your stand on this matter, which I
hereby do :)
