CVS'd yesterday around 20:00 UTC ran the LAPACK testuire to completion,
using the following compile time flags:

-g -O3 -funroll-loops -fomit-frame-pointer -fno-emulate-complex
-malign-double

It also completed our NWP test suite successful.  This code was compiled
with:

-g -O2 -fno-strict-aliasing -malign-double -ffast-math
-fomit-frame-pointer -funroll-loops -Wall -Wsurprising
-funix-intrinsics-hide
