successful build of egcs-1.1.2-pre2

I ran HPUX10.20 make on the egcs-1.1.2-pre3 build yesterday.  It looked as if
it would work (it no longer fails), although make bootstrap followed by make
install caused a great deal of redundant rebuilds.  I felt more confident of
gnu make.
