egcs-1.1.2 prerelease #3 (final?)

I've put what I hope is the final egcs-1.1.2 prerelease on the ftp server
in the snapshots/egcs-1.1.2-prerelease directory.

At this point I expect no further changes except version # bumps and possibly
some minor documentation fixes.

Assuming no major problems I'd like to put the release on the FTP server
Friday and announce the release on Monday.

What's changed since prerelease #2:

	* Minor FreeBSD fixes.
	* OpenBSD support.
	* FAQ has moved into the toplevel directory.
	* --enable-cpp has been added
	* Minor fixincludes change for osf4.0b
	* Minor SCO5 fixes.
	* CSE bugfix to avoid label-label problems.
	* Patch to avoid linking in EH code when it isn't needed.
	* Default aliasing code to safe for structure/non-structure references.
	* Various documentation updates.
	* Abort instead of generating incorrect code in reg-stack.c
	* Weak symbol fixes.
	* Patch to avoid losing with libc-5.4.xx.
	* Minor fixes in libf2c (Y2K, lstat, datetime)
