arm-unknown-pe and latest EGCS

Hi all,

Does anybody know if gcc/egcs has ever had released support for the
arm-unknown-pe machine?  binutils 2.9.1 has support but the latest EGCS
does not.

I ask because Symbian distributes a win32 hosted toolchain which has
arm-unknown-pe machine support and I want to know if I should be asking
them to properly supply source code or patches so I can build a
Linux->arm-unknown-pe cross-compiler.
