go.cygnus.com mirror problem

For some reason ftp://go.cygnus.com/pub/snapshots isn't getting the EGCS
dist files any longer.  In both the 1999-06-16 and 1999-06-23 directories
there are only diffs.  Is something wrong with the mirroring setup?
go.cygnus.com has connectivity to VBNS.net/ucaid.edu, which makes it the
ideal mirror site for .EDU people.
