Target-specific Installation Notes -- install/specific.html

Folks,

as the gcc 2.95 release is approaching, I would like to ask *everyone*,
especially port maintainers, to review the target-specific installation
notes

  htdocs/install/specific.html in our wwwdocs repository
  http://egcs.cgynus.com/install/specific.html

and our installation notes in general.

Port maintainers, please feel free to simply update/add/remove any
information concerning your ports without prior approval. (Just do
not forget to update the "Last modified" date at the end and submit
the change to egcs-patches afterwards.)

Patch submissions and comments are appreciated as well.
