Thanks! projects.html is is great start, and this as a bit of work,
I guess. ;-)

I have not checked every single line, but I'm wondering about these
<file> tags? This does not seem to be commonly recognized HTML. Would
you mind removing (replacing?) these?


Jeff, at this point we should probably remove gcc/PROJECTS from the
distribution to avoid synchronisation problems, as we have done with
gcc/LITERATURE and readings.html.


Yeah, and then I'll take care of linking this from our main page.
