build status gcc 2.95.2

hi

compiled and installed gcc 2.95.2 successfully on system
powerpc-ibm-aix4.1.3.0
to get this done i had first to install binutils 2.9.1 cause the aix ld
returned a full TOC and compiling exited ... after installing binutils
it was only a matter of a few hours to make it. i also installed GNU
make 3.78.1 before in order to compile like recommended.
during compilation there have been some error reports by (aix) grep,
that 'maximum line length exeeded' but compiling finished without
further complaining.
