Using and Porting the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC)

is the document "Using and Porting the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC)" 
available in .ps or .pdf format instead of html?  If it is, is there any
chance you could point me to the download site or email it to
nbegeman@umich.edu?  I am in the beginning phases of creating a new target
for gcc, and would like all the hard-copy documentation I can get my hands
on.
