No. One of the utilities segfaults, just like when I try to 'make
bootstrap' GCC with EGCS 1.1.2 in the following configuration:
- GNU as/ld are not in the PATH.
- However EGCS is using GNU as/ld internally, using the technique
  described in the FAQ.

I don't remember which program did segfault. Something like 'gen...'
I think. If this is of interest, I can try once again, with and without
GNU as/ld in the PATH.
