More successful builds, alpha-dec-osf3.2 failure

I've successfully bootstrapped gcc 2.95.1 on the following platforms not
currently mentioned on the build status page:

        alpha-dec-osf4.0b
        rs6000-ibm-aix4.1.4.0

For what it's worth, I've also successfully bootstrapped on the following
platforms that are already listed:

        hppa2.0-hp-hpux10.20
        i586-pc-linux-gnulibc1
        i686-pc-linux-gnu
        rs6000-ibm-aix4.2.1.0
        mips-sgi-irix6.2
        mips-sgi-irix6.4
        mips-sgi-irix6.5
        sparc-sun-solaris2.5.1
        sparc-sun-solaris2.6
        sparc-sun-solaris2.7
        i386-pc-solaris2.6

gcc 2.95.1 failed to bootstrap (giving assembler errors) on
alpha-dec-osf3.2.  A more comprehensive report was sent to
gcc-bugs@gcc.gnu.org.
