RBL for egcs mailing lists?

It is not in the lists best interests to potentially block those who want
access to the list, but happen to have accounts at site that spam.  As an
aside, lists are to remain open to all, list-members or not, thus they can't
be closed to member access only.

Also, many Cygnoids are against site-wide blocking, as they feel it
infringes on their rights as users, and RBl is a MTA level blocker, not
configurable on a per address basis, so it would affect all Cygnus emploees
as well.

There are other reasons besides these, but these are the major reasons
Cygnus will not be adding RBL or any other filtering anytime soon.
