diffs for 1.1a to 1.1b - where?

It is too bad that I have to down a 5MB diff just to fix a tiny problem.
I know from egcs-1.1a to egcs-1.1b doesn't make much sense. But from
egcs-1.0.3a to egcs-1.1a and then to egcs-1.1b is very different. An
egcs-1.0.3a-1.1a-1.1b.diff would be nice.
