egcs-1.1b build and installed

Hello,

egcs-1.1b was successfully build and installed on hppa1.1-hp-hpux10.20
using the following configuration:

../egcs-1.1b/configure --prefix=/usr/gnu --with-local-prefix=/usr/gnu --with-gxx-include-dir=/usr/gnu/include/g++ --enable-haifa --with-gnu-as
