egcs-1.1 prerelease successfully build on solaris-2.5.1

I built it with gcc-2.8.1 on a Sun Ultra Enterprise. Actually I just
typed

     tar xzvf egcs-1.1.tar.gz
     mkdir objdir
     cd objdir
     ../egcs-1.1/configure --enable-shared
     make bootstrap

After some games in the squash court, everything was ready for

     make install

I didn't have the time to run the tests yet, but our project (c++
only) compiles and runs fine.  I'm really impressed.

Thanks a lot for these great compilers, the fine libraries and the
excellent (pre-)release.  Thanks a lot for your enormous work.
