If I were you, I would take a look at PCCTS. This is (imho) a way
superior parser generator and it comes with a complete C++ grammar
already, which you can use. The URL is:

If you like Java, you can use the latest version, too, which can also
generate C++ code:

     http://www.ANTLR.org/
