egcs mirror ?

hi, 

i'm interested in setting up a egcs mirror in australia, under
AARNet's Mirror Project. ( http://mirror.aarnet.edu.au )

what conditions are there for mirroring, and i'd appreciate
any information or advice you'd give to mirror sites.  also,
how much disk does egcs take up currently for a full mirror
and a release mirror ?
