egcs-19981012 testsuite: hpux10.20

Upon correction of the libc-link problem, I get the same g++
results as rodneybrown, however I continue to show  apparent
improvement over egcs-19981005 (7 unexpected failures) in the
gcc results.  The hpux installation has come a long way!
