INTEL_SYNTAX and i386.md

Hi
I386.md contains many hacks to handle INTEL_SYNTAX macro. It seems to be unused 
and there is many places, where it will not work. It also adds lots of unnecesary
code and harm (you must use "* return AS2(...)" instead of "...", that generates worse
code and you can't use "@ at many places, so you can't do isns that combines #
and generating instructions, wich is very valuable.
So I think we should remove it, if there is no plans to make it working again.
Any comments?
