CVS anomaly: gcc/f/intdoc.texi

I don't know about the CVS stuff, but gcc/f/intdoc.texi is a *derived*
file, by which I mean it isn't a source file, but apparently is kept
in the archive, distributed in shapshots and/or releases, etc.

The primary source for it is gcc/f/intdoc.in, which was recently
modified (by myself, via Dave Love).
