Contribution to libstdc++

Dear egcs-people,

I have written a `valarray' template class which implements all the
features of the
draft C++ standard of Dec 2nd 1997, and which isn't contained yet in the
libstdc++
of egcs-1.0.1. It includes all the helper classes `slice', `gslice',
`slice_array', `gslice_array',
`mask_array', and `indirect_array' as well. It works well under
egcs-1.0.1 (not g++ 2.7.).

If you have any use for this, I'd be happy to contribute my work to the
FSF.
I'll only need to do some little work to conform to the GNU coding
standards
and on documentation and testing.
