So this generation of releases of EGCS/GCC/GDB will render untrue
the traditional GCC axiom that you really really want to configure
--with-stabs if you want functional C++ debugging, with GDB, right?

Does this suggest that changes to README.DWARF might be appropriate?

     DWARF generation for the GNU g++ compiler is still not operable...
