typeinfo nodes resolution

Fighting against the problems with correct resolution
of typeinfo nodes (i.e. to avoid linker errors/warnings
about duplicated or undefined symbols) on AIX4.2,
I found the following: if a class is defined in a header
with "#pragma interface" directive, then no typeinfo
nodes are generated unless "#pragma implementation"
directive is found. If a class is defined in a header
without "#pragma interface" directive, then typeinfo
nodes will be generated for each source file including
this header. The problem is because in the second
case typeinfo nodes should be generated using ".lcomm"
assembler directive instead of ".comm", i.e. they
should not be global.
If this problem will be fixed, we really do not need
any checks for typeinfo nodes in collect2.

P.S. Probably, the scheme above may be used for other
inline symbols, if other similar conflicts are exist.
