1.0.1 results for rs6000-ibm-aix3.2.5, powerpc-ibm-aix4.2.0.0, hppa1.0-hp-hpux10.10, hppa1.1-hp-hpux9.04, and libg++-2.8.0b6.6

   I note that the AIX 3 results are worse than the others.  Are there
   known problems with GNU ld on that platform, like there are for AIX 4?

I don't know of any serious problems with the 2.8.1 binutils release
on any version of AIX prior to 4.2.  The 2.8.1 release does not work
on AIX 4.2 or later, but I think the future 2.9 release should work
OK.
