Direct CVS Access to egcs sources

Well, I suspect you can get everything you'd need via "cvs log" and its
associated friends.  However, I can see how this could be helpful.

However, until www service is moved it would be non-trivial to keep these
files up-to-date.  We are planning on moving www service to egcs.cygnus.com,
but there's other stuff that's got a higher priority right now.
