egcs-1.0 installed

Hi,

As per the request in the FINALINSTALL file, this is a short note
to let you know I've managed to install egcs-1.0 on my Sparc 2
clone. The output of config.guess is: sparc-sun-sunos4.1.2

It would be useful to add a note in the install files indicating
how much disk space is needed to build and to install and also
how long the build is likely to take.

Looking at the make output as it scrolls by gave the impression that it
may be stuck in a loop since it seemed to be compiling the same files
over and over and I was tempted to kill the build. Luckily, I let it go
and it completed in about 6h 40m (40MHz Sparc 2). The object directory
grew to 100MB and this would have been useful to know in advance.

A final point is the CONFIGURE file which says the default for the
'--with-local-prefix' and '--with-gxx-include-dir' are /usr/local
and /usr/local/include/g++. It would be less confusing to list the
defaults as <prefix> and <prefix>/include/g++
