egcs-1.0.1 on m68k-next-nextstep3

Hi All,

I bootstrapped egcs-1.0.1 without any special options, using the  
documented way to do this on NEXTSTEP (due to the peculiar header  
file directory structure).  All went well, clean make compare, etc.

There are no differences in c-torture-1.45 output with respect to  
egcs-1.0.
