Problems on 2-25-1998

There was a massive power outage in the Sunnyvale area which
lasted for about 5 1/2 hours on 2-25.

During that time Cygnus was completely unreachable.

Some systems (including egcs.cygnus.com and www.cygnus.com) didn't
come up cleanly and were offline even longer.

egcs.cygnus.com came up just a few minutes ago.  Hopefully the
rest of Cygnus's externally visible machines will up running
shortly.
