Neither I nor my duplicate email detectore have noticed it.

The EGCS list is run from a busy server.  ALl the EGCS traffic is tagged
"bulk", and if you have a slow SMTP host, things don't always work
really well.

I got something like a dozen copies of at least one message from Jeff
from last weekend or so.  I haven't seen the behaviour since.
