Future plans to combine egcs/pgcc?

	Hopefully all of the useful features can be included in EGCS.  Not
all of the pgcc changes will be included because some are wrong or poorly
designed or interfere with other parts of gcc/egcs -- especially ones that
are detrimental to other ports.  Some of the changes were not designed in
a localized fashion which would have limited their effect to the i386
port where they are appropriate.  Those changes need to be reimplmented
correctly.
