If there are any "patches", they must be for builds only (libg++ tries to
reach over into libstdc++'s build), because actual use of the library is
fine.  If you fetch 2.8.1.1 or whateverthelatest is, you should be able to
drop the "libg++" directory into the egcs top level and use it.
