mips-sgi-irix6:  I got just gcc testresults for egcs-1.0.3a, but not
g++ or g77 tests.  Nor do I have any tests for gcc-2.8.1.  We badly
need testers for this platform."

I'm tackling irix64 now.  I haven't figured out how to run the
testsuite with 2.8.1, but I have already built that with g77-0.5.23.
1.0.3a seems to be building a lot faster than 19980803!


Although I build 1.0.3a successfully the same way I ran the new
testsuite on hpux10.20, it's not negotiating testsuite.  It appears
to have mis-configured, not passing correct environment into
tcl/unix.  I don't have more time to work on it today.  The testsuite
appears to be going as expected for 19980803.
