Linux configuration to support dejagnu?

I'd assume he's having the old /lib/cpp problem again? Try to start
"/lib/cpp -dM" and press Ctrl-D to see if linux is amongst the
predefined macros; if it isn't, xmkmf/imake won't find any include
files.
