building on win95

I am finding that the following sequence has greatly improved things:

1) Re-install egcs 1.0.2 according to Mumit Khan's instructions

2) configure and install gcc snapshot without bootstrap, having deleted
texinfo (since configure says it's not supported) (also, delete that
libg2c/g2c.h and
add #undef HAVE_INTTYPES to make sure it configures correctly)

3) re-configure and proceed to make bootstrap
