I compiled my linux kernel 2.1.97 with egcs 980418 by accident. The
SCSI driver and/or fs code are miscompiled. I got all kinds of error.
It took me 5 minutes to realise what happened. I went back to egcs
1.0.3. The new kernel worked fine.
