Mini-patch for cccp.c

I installed the second hunk of this patch.

A couple ChangeLog notes.

The colon goes immediately after the first close paren.  ie

	* file (blah): Some change.

End sentences with a period.

The second line of a change should start with a single tab.

I've fixed these problems for the patches I've already installed.
