I don't know.  I really don't understand why there are so many
"include" subdirectories in the gcc configuration system.
Maybe one of them is basically like /usr/include and the
other is like /usr/lib/gcc-lib/.../include, but I don't know.

Perhaps this stuff was copied from some other example, like g++
or objc, and is obsolete.

Anyway, if you think it's safe to remove it, go ahead!  Maybe someone
will check out whether f2c picks up the g77-generated f2c.h afterwards,
to ensure nothing is broken.
