compile on Linux-pmac

Ok. Please first make sure glibc 2.0.5c or 2.1 compiles/runs on
linux/pmac. It should give you all the header files and libraries
you need to compile egcs.

To do that, your linux should support ELF. I may be able to provided
a cross-compile glibc 2.0.5c binary. But I have no ideas if it is
compiled ok or not. Many egcs/glibc bugs/problems have been
detected/fixed for Linux/alpha, thanks to the donation of an alpha
machine from Redhat.
