configure normally, then do "make all-gcc" which will build

Did you get a confirmation that you were added to the list?

  If so and you're not getting message, then you were likely
  dropped from the list due to too many delivery problems at
  your site.

  If not, try subscribing again -- there were one or two
  subscription failures in the last week or so.  Yours might
  have been one of them.
