970917 snapshot avilable

Note the directory change -- all the files for a particular snapshot are
now kept in their own subdirectory (eg 1997-09-17).

This snapshot contains Ulrich's new libio/libstdc++ code which should fix
most of not all the linux problems with libio.  Please let us know how
it works.

egcs-ss-970917 is now available in ftp.cygnus.com:/pub/egcs/snapshots/1997-09-17
(and on various mirrors shortly, see the home page for mirror sites).

You'll find:
