The next snapshot will have "fixinc.math" in the gcc directory
which fixes the "struct exception" problem found in many math.h
files.

I've enabled it for freebsd & netbsd configurations.  I suspect
many more need it.  If people will tell me what additional targets
need _just_ math.h fixed I'll make sure they get fixed.
