Building 970907 on Linux/alpha

Please don't bother to build libstdc++/libio on any glibc-base systems.
Even the Linux libc 5 is not 100% correct. I will post a patch soon.
But I am afraid it will take me more than a day to verify it on 
linux/alpha. But it will work on linux/x86/glibc.

BTW, before you try egcs on linux/alpha. Please get glibc 2.0.3
binary from ftp.redhat.com first or you can try to compile glibc
2.0.5 youself with gcc 2.7.2.1.
